Enjoying Spring...Just in time for Summer

The weather has finally been nice for the last couple weeks.  I feel like spring has been 2 weeks long and that we are jumping right in to summer.  We have been trying to enjoy the nice weather as much as possible.

Preschool Graduation

Cate graduated from preschool today.  Her teachers had a graduation ceremony at her school.  The kids sang a few songs and then got their "diplomas".

Aunt Steph was in town over the weekend so Grammy, Grandpa Rlowe, and Uncle Q came down to visit.  Aunt Steph took the kids to the Lego store and the Disney store to buy a few new things.  Ashton got two lego trucks, which everyone helped put together, and Cate got a Rapunzel dress, a Cinderella bowl, and Little Mermaid silverware.

Mother's Day

For Mother's Day we went to The Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs.  The weather was beautiful yesterday and we had a wonderful time walking through the park with the kids. The rock formations are stunning and the kids loved climbing on and in the rock formations.

After Garden of the Gods we headed to Manitou to walk through the town.  We stopped at a candy shop and the kids got some jelly beans.

In downtown Manitou there is a strip of kids rides.  The kids had a blast running around to all the different rides.

I had such a great Mother's Day with my beautiful kids and my amazing husband.
