Pretty Dress

I got a backpack carrier for Cate so that Eric and I can take her hiking this summer. She really likes to be in it even though she isn't quite big enough for it.

First Trip

Cate got to go on her first plane ride. We went to Salt Lake City over the weekend to visit family. She was wonderful on the trip. It was so fun to see her meet everyone.

Cate finally decided that she likes to eat cereal and fruit. Now I can't seem to feed her fast enough. It is funny how one day she decided that she liked it.

I took Cate for her 6 month check up today and the doctor said that she is doing great. She weighs 16lbs 2.5oz (55%), is 25.5 in long (45%), and her head circumference is 43.5 in (80%). The doctor joked that it looked like she didn't miss too many meals.

Swing

I took Catherine to the park today and she went in the baby swing all by her self for the first time. She loved it. She really liked watching the big kids swing on the swings next to her.

Sitting Pretty

Catherine continues to be able to sit longer and longer without tipping over.


Her new thing that she likes to do is to sit in the bathroom sink and play with the faucet. It is amazing what they find amusing.
