Back to Work
We have found a babysitter for the kids so that I can go back to work. I wasn't looking forward to trying to find someone. It is so hard to think about leaving your children with someone you don't know. But Eric and I feel so blessed to have found the person that we found. She was an LPN for 30 years in the mother/baby unit of a hospital. After leaving hospital work, she has been working for babysitting agencies. She is very nice and Cate took to her right away when she came over. I feel so relieved. So I will be heading back to work on March 16th and will be working 2 days per week. I am looking forward to getting back to work because I love my job and miss my coworkers. I feel like I have a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders!

My little Valentine's
Ashton is 8 weeks old now. His personality is really starting to show now. He smiles a lot and loves to watch his sister play. He is still a wonderful baby who is pretty laid back. He is only waking up once at night and sleeps until 6. We feel so lucky.
Cate is doing very well too. She is a wonderful big sister and loves playing with her brother. We have started to potty train her, which isn't too fun. Hopefully she will get it soon. It will be nice to only have one kid in diapers.

Then and Now
I was watching Cate play at Gymboree today and was thinking about her one year ago. It is amazing how much she has changed in one year. Here are two pictures of her at Gymboree one year ago and two pictures of her at Gymboree now. She looks so grown up now!!

Today Cate, Ashton and I went to our friends house for a Valentine's party. It was a lot of fun. All of the girls sat around the table and did some Valentine's crafts and then they handed out Valentines to each other. All of the girls are between the ages of 2 and 3. There were two other boys there and they are 5 weeks old and 6 weeks old. While all of the girls were playing the boys were in the kitchen sleeping in their car seats. I tried to get a picture but I couldn't get them all in the shot and I was afraid to move them because I didn't want to wake them up. We had a great time at the party. Here is a picture of the girls doing their crafts.

Playing Store
Cate loves to play "store". She lines up all of her food, then rings it all up with the cash register, and then she puts it in a bag.

She also loves to hide behind our curtains and jump out and say "boo"

I just like this picture of her

Of course I had to include a picture of Ashton. Here he is sleeping in his carseat..
